How to fix overheating and hanging issues on my iPhone XS Max

Have you ever had the battery replaced in your iPhone? If no, and it's the original battery is likely long overdo for a battery replacement.
Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health and see what is shown. If it is 80% or less, the useful life of the battery has been spent and you to pay Apple for a new battery or upgrade your phone to a newer, more modern one.
