iPhone momentarily turning black screen with loading symbol

So I got my iPhone 14 Pro Max in November last year, and recently I have gotten an issue that happens randomly when I try opening apps or while using apps such as Camera, Instagram, or even Dynamic Island (when I tap on it), my phone momentarily turns black and a white loading symbol pops up, and it stays like that for a couple seconds, and then it puts me back on my lock screen.

As of recently, every few days or so when I’d swipe up to exit an app, or even to unlock my phone, the screen would go black with the white loading icon in the middle, and it would take me back to my lock screen. Today, I had to fight with my phone for a while to even get into it, every time I’d swipe up to unlock it it would go back to the black screen with the loading icon. As far as I know, my phone is fully updated, and restarting it did not help. Has anyone else experienced this? Please help!

Black loading screen on iPhone 13 after prolonged app usage My IPhone 13 has been doing the weird black loading screen thing at random times and idk if I should restart it once or twice and I’m thinking it might be just refreshing the system or smth normal right? but now it only happens when I’m on an app for too long so now I look it up and it’s saying it’s not normal at all and I’m worried bc I love my iPhone and I don’t want it to have this issue and now I look to you guys for help and pls tell me what to do about this issue.
