Live sports scores

Why don’t I get live sports scores on the dynamic island or on the iPhone at all?

I use apple sports an app and I love it.

Ow it does not give me live scores. I don’t know why.

ESPN+ game on iPhone not live I am watching a college baseball game. Every time I go to app on my phone, I see the same play from 3rd inning. I can’t get to live. In the 8th inning now!
