Not receiving SMS message from Instagram MacBook Air

I am not receiving the text message with my security code when I log into Instagram on by MacBook Air. The code used to come to my MacBook and iPhone. Now, it is not coming to either. I can log into my iPhone account. I recently updated my iCloud password and have updated it on my computer and iphone.
