What is the maximum wattage the new iPad Pro 13 inch can support, and what is the maximum wattage the Magic Keyboard can charge the iPad through the keyboards charging port?

Apple hasn't published the maximum charging rate. That said, many iPad models are supplied with 20W USB-C Power Adapters, these being sufficient to fast charge the majority of iPads at their fastest supported charging rate.
USB-C Power Adapters (caveat - must support USB PD - Power Delivery) provide a greater power budget - to simultaneously provide power to a connected USB-C hub and connected accessories while charging the iPad at its highest supported rate.
If using a USB-C hub with USB PD pass-through power, a Power Adapter rated at +30W is recommended.
On the web it is mentioned as 35W for wired charging. But nothing clear about the magic keyboard
