Fix for No Sound in iTunes on Windows 11

When trying to play music from iTunes hav no sound. I have gone into preferences and set Play Audio Using Direct Sound as was suggested for same question for Windows 10. It did not work. Other music from other music sources play fine. Two days ago it was working using iTunes. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Found I missed a step with the Windows 10 suggested fix. Failed to close iTunes after made the change and then restart. Once I did, sound came back.
