iPad Pro 11” M2 Extended Display Not Working

So I have an iPad Pro 11” 4th generation on iOS 17.5.1 and when I try to connect it to an onn. computer monitor (24”, 1080p) via an onn. USB-C hub (has HDMI, and USB-A on it, plugs into the iPad’s USB-C port) with a Gofreetech mouse and keyboard connected the iPad does not have the Stage Manager For External Display option. The device knows the screen is connected (see picture), but it does not have the “Extend” option. Any suggestions on what to do?
