I cannot manage my Apple ID it is greyed out
My apple id (which is the first part shown in mobile setting) is blury. I am paying my mobile cover insurance
can you please tell me how to fix it.

If it is greyed out there are screen time restrictions in place
Go to settings>screen time>restrictions and make sure that the switch at allow account changes is set to on
