How on earth do you delete Icloud files

Icloud is the most insufferable thing on the ipad ever!

So recently someone gave me Items I could download via GOOGLE DRIVE, which is far superior cause it lets us DELETE files.

I deleted the files from icloud manually, but for some reason 6 of the files I uploaded nvr finished uploading and are now INVISIBLE, there for I cannot delete them from I cloud.

I noticed 2 were visible so I deleted them and it freed up space, but the 6 remaining files which are very large files I cannot delete, because I cannot see them at all

its like they are stuck in some kind of ipad memory cach, retaining its size but without any visible file

Clearly that is not true, because I reset my ipad lost everythign I had on it and it FINALLY emptied out the icloud.

so whatever invisible files that were in there like cached downloadeds or uploads that nvr finished down/uploading were removed!!!

so you are wrong, my god apple makes it so complicated to just empty out icloud what a nightmare!

I did, only 2 files were visible the other 6 seem to be invisible like they were CACHED filed, for some reason no one here seems to understand that, the files nvr finished down/uploading

yet took up gigabytes of storage.

if APPLE allowed us to simple EMPTY or reset the **** icloud storage through teh APP on the ipad it wouldnt cause so much frustration.

everywhere I go ppl have issues with apple not allowing us to empty icloud, I go to manage storage and EVERY app allow you to delete, EXCEPT for the most important one the ICLOUD, I am gnna remove my icloud all together.

what a horrible app
