How to turn off summary notifications on my iPhone?

Hello cellerdweller, If you are wanting to turn off ALL your summary notifications then in

Settings > Notifications > Scheduled Summary > Slide off at the top of screen. If you want to turn off a certain app just pick the one you want off and slide it to OFF.

Settings > News > Notifications > Allow Notifications = "off"

Of course, I assume you're referring to news summaries.
