Both of the wing tips broke on my beats fit pro. These were very expensive and un extremely disappointed. I will be calling Apple and hoping that they can provide me with either some sort of replacement or cost of replacing both of them that's less than the retail price.
Had the same exact issue 5 months later and so have others. My buds were still under manafacturor 1 year warranty. Took them into my local Apple store and they replaced the faulty earbud. Weak quality for expensive buds.

Apple's one year warranty will only cover manufacturing defects. If you believe that this is what has happened with these Beats buds, you will need to have an Apple Technician examine them to verify that is the case. Good luck!
I’m at the store right now. Thank God I had bought the extended warranty because they would not have been covered. Although I believe just like everybody else has experienced this is definitely a defect in product design.
Well, I went to the store and found out that it was not covered by the extended warranty. This has been my fifth experience with a broken apple product and no support. I'm keeping them in the drawer so that I'm reminded about money that I could've spent better. If I need a tablet or any earbuds it's time to start looking elsewhere. I will be replacing my earbuds with some made by Bose.
