Hello, I am unable to access some photos and videos on my iPhone 11.
I have tried restarting my device, turning on “Download and keep Originals” and “Optimize iPhone Storage”.
I definitely have enough iPhone storage so it’s not part of the bug. Nothing has worked and these photos and videos have no way to load. (As you can see they also have a white exclamation point in the bottom right).
Please help !!

If you can see a thumbnail on your phone, get a screenshot. If you have not updated to iOS 17.51, try that. Be sure to check Recently Deleted.
But, other than a possible but unlikely glitch that updating might fix, iCloud has all your pictures. If they're not there, they are gone.
So, do I understand that you can see the thumbnail for IMG_4321 (for instance) on your iPhone, but then you get this error message when you try to look at a full screen image? And you can see the thumbnail and the full-sized image at iCloud.com?
On your iPhone, at the bottom of the Library view, does it say "Synced with iCloud Just Now?"
I cannot see a thumbnail and these images are not in my iCloud even though my photos do say “synced with iCloud”.
These images still come up as blank and with an error.
Im not sure how to recover these photos.
Keeping "Optimize Storage" is OK.
What do you see at iCloud.com? Are the pictures there?
Some of the pictures are not there, but some aren’t able to load as well.
