Apple Pencil pro durability

Hi I recently got the new Apple Pencil pro and I dropped it today not from very high - I was holding next to my hip and it fell off I have one of those protective silicone sleeves on it but I’m still paranoid I might have broke it I have really bad past experiences with apple pencils so I was wondering if anyone knew about the durability is it more resistant to drops ? Do I need to worry ? What are sum sign I should look for to know if something is not working right . Thank you in advance

Obvious signs of the Pencil not working correctly are many. They would include it not working at all to working "strangely." The latter being random errors when using it. Other signs would be that it wouldn't charge.

AFAIK. Apple does not publish any information on the effect of dropping the Pencil, so I can't offer any to let you know from "how high" it can be dropped before it becomes damaged. It will also depend on what angle it hits the ground, and what the surface material that it strikes.
