If the charges are from Apple, you can see what you were charged for by following the article below:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

Eg: says:

How to see what you (or a family member) were charged for:

  1. To see your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. A list of purchases appears. To see family members' purchases, select the Apple ID button and choose a family member.
  4. To see the full receipt including tax, tap or click the date.
  5. Multiple purchases, including subscriptions, might be grouped onto one charge.

If needed: Find out where else you can view your Purchase History.

If you still can't find what you were charged for see that first linked article for tips on checking for a receipt

If you checked reportaproblem.apple.com and your emailed receipts and you're still not sure why you were charged, contact Apple Support.

If you find the charge is for a subscription «abonomang» that you do not want:

See if you can cancel the subscription so you won't be charged again,

and then you may want to ask Apple for a refund:

What to do: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

and

How to: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

All the best :-)
