Didn't Recieve Gift Card - Arrives within 1 hour by email

I bought an Apple gift card yesterday, which says "Arrives within 1 hour by email" and it still says that now and I didn't receive it. I tried calling support, but they are apparently closed, and there is no chat option in the sales department.


Additionally, there is no cancellation option on the website. What should I do?

How to resend a gift from your iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Media & Purchases, then tap View Account.
  4. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  5. Tap Gifts.
  6. Tap the gift that you want to resend.
  7. Make sure that the recipient's email is spelled correctly. If you need to edit the recipient's email address, tap their email address, then tap it again and enter the correct address.
  8. Tap Resend Gift. If you don't see Resend Gift, it has already been redeemed.<<

I've already contacted support, they keep saying they're transferring me to "sales team" who would resolve the issue. But the next person says they're not the sales team and conversation ends there they sending me to step 1 everytime. So this path doesn't work.


Also this link requires an activation code. I don't have any code other than the order number because it's stuck at processing stage.
