M3 Max Screen And Card Reader Problems

Hello there. I have this screen issue with a brand new m3 max with Sonoma 14.5. As you can see in the video the screen does something like a glitch/refresh (not only in youtube everywhere). I tried 2 clean installations resets, safe mode and various settings but nothing works. Any ideas?

Also my internal card reader doesnt recognise sd cards. If i use them with usb reader they work fine but in the built in reader they dont show up...

the basic to trouble shoot further:

unplug all non-essential peripherals when testing

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

all known to cause issues on the macOS

—A SafeBoot Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies

Does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled temporarily.

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.

This test will tell you if third party interference; most extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.

—Test issue in another user (or guest user) account Change Users & Groups settings on Mac - Apple Support

This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.

the user Diagnostic...not as definitive as Apple's own AST2 (Apple Service Toolkit) back bench diagnostic, but may kick out an error code, if no insight take it in.

Screen dropout issues are mostly caused by using cables that are not high enough spec to support the extremely high data rates required for high resolution displays. More recent MacOS is much more demanding that the connection be completely error-free.

if you want help with that, please post what display, or a link to its specs

...and what cables, adapters and docks are in the chain. Please mention EVERY device.
