How to stop message "Some icloud data isn't syncing"

I repeatedly get this message on my iPhone 14, I don't have icloud other than the find my phone feature, have never had icloud, and never will. This has to be one of the most obnoxious messages ever, how do I stop this? I've looked at every setting possible and nothing seems to stop this. Beyond frustrating!

Well it's showing 861kb used (DOCS) 1st screenshot, every app in icloud list is turned off and there are NO docs anywhere that I can find. I've never turned on Health or uploaded anything.

Second screenshot shows Health using 6.7k, and it's turned off, and never been turned on. Went online using my Macbook to see if I could delete any "docs" and there are none that I can see.

Health is disabled, never turned it on. I have checked these settings on ALL of my devices, iphone, ipad and Macbook Air, all of this stuff is turned off, never used it.

I turned it on, hit the "Turn off and delete" button and it still shows 6.7kb.

If I go to "iCloud Drive" and turn on Sync this phone it shows;

Manage Storage 0KB

Apps Syncing to iCloud Drive 0

Under my Apple ID is still shows Docs being 861kb of 5G used but when I go online there's nothing there. None of this stuff is turned on and there's no documents, no health, no nothing. Just this massively irritating message every day that some icloud data isn't syncing.

OK, still have the message popping up every single day, none of this is turned on, everything is the way it should be, even turned the health thing on/off and deleted. I'm still showing that I have a "Doc" somewhere but there's nothing there, there's absolutely no data anywhere that I can find, I've look at all 3 devices I own and nothing, all settings the same, TURNED OFF.

The ONLY thing turned on is "Find my iPhone."

Any Apple people actually here that can solve this?
