Cancel Robokiller subscription

This is the most frustrating problem. I am trying to cancel my monthly subscription to Robokiller. I do not show a subscription under my settings. I am trying to go into the robokiller website - there is not an option to manage my subscription. There is no phone number and their chat option is useless. HELP!!!
