Hi there!

From macOS Recovery, try to erase the main internal disk (APPLE HDD ST3000DM001 Media), create a volume, then reinstall macOS to it:

1- In Disk Utility, select the main hard disk entry and click erase.

2- In the pop-up window, be sure to choose the correct format and scheme:

    • Name: Macintosh HD
    • Format: APFS if shown, if not, choose Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
    • Scheme: GUID Partition Map

3- Click erase, and quit Disk Utility.

4- After erasing your startup disk, reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery: How to reinstall macOS - Apple Support.

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any questions.
