IPhone WIFI privacy warning on one device

I get a WIFI privacy warning on my IPhone 13 every few months. I can sign out of WIFI and then back in and the warning goes away. It only happens on this phone. Why? suggestions? Does not happen on XR or my PC

A privacy warning keeps popping up when I try to connect my iPhone to WiFi I’ve restated and reset tower I’ve signed in and out of my WiFi. This stated happening last week. I’ve been on the phone with T-Mobile and they advised it’s an apple issue. Help! [Re-Titled by Moderator]
