How can I allow my child to make purchases with my Apple ID with my consent?
Would like to make purchases on my daughter's iPad using my Apple ID and payment or be able to download paid apps from apple store to her iPad.

If you have an Apple device and you are currently using Family Sharing, you just need to turn on Purchase Sharing and any purchases she makes will be billed to your payment method.
