My iPhone 14 compass app is not working - help Location services are on. It is set up just like a friends iPhone 13 compass app but mine never moves. I have deleted and reloaded it. I have turned phone on and off. I watched YouTube videos still now working. Looking for new ideas. Thanks

The compass app does not work it just is locked on North. I have turned phone off and on, deleted and reinstalled app no joy. Does this mean the internals that control this app are broken! If the compass were working, it would also show latitude, longitude and elevation at the bottom. Do these appear?
