Setting up New Iphone for Child

Hi Community,

I was in the process of setting up a new phone for my child. I updated my apple ID and followed instructions and finally the process seems to be stuck at an 'Update Restrictions' page where the 'update restrictions' button doesnt seem to work. 'Setup Later' also doesnt respond.

If i switch off and switch on, still it goes back to the same page and cannot move forward. Highly appreciate any quick answers for this!
