Normally, the same way you accessed it before.

What issue are you having exactly?

Macs have an application called "Music". If you had your music in iTunes before, you can use "Music" to access those songs now.

You may need to transfer your music from your previous computer to the new one though.

Explain the issue in as much detail as possible, and someone may be able to help you out.
