Can iPhone 6s be made compatible for esim?

I have been having connection issues with using my present network provider; Airtel ng whenever I’m in a conference video/call conference on my office web tool. As a way of getting solutions, I want to retain Airtel ng but switch to another network provider for internet purposes. Is it possible to get an esim configuration done.?
