The mobile network doesn’t know or care.

THE pertinent question is whether or not your Egyptian carrier can provision an eSIM. (this requires additional “back-office” hardware, software, and staff training)

If your carrier can’t provision an eSIM; you’ll have limited options available as U.S. devices do not contain nanoSIM slots.

The 2nd key question to be asked of your carrier is WILL they even provision a mobile device built for the U.S. market.

Also be aware the a U.S. phone might not have all the mobile network frequency bands used by Egyptian carriers.

Lastly, a phone purchased in the U.S. will likely not be covered by Apple’s service warranty in Egypt.

Caveat emptor.

You’ll need to purchase an unlocked phone.

This means paying “full price” for a “select a carrier later” phone from Apple. (either online or at a physical Apple Store)

Purchasing anywhere else generally gets you a phone which is “subsidized” by — and “carrier lockedto — a U.S. carrier.

A carrier-locked phone will not work with any other carrier.

Well carrier right now in egypt can provision an eSIM.

About the network bands i have heard that sometimes it works and sometime it don't, well it's still new so i can't really tell.

Apple’s service warranty i don't care about warranty to be honest.

How about that thing called unlocked phone i don't really get it, will it fix that network bands thing or what !!
