My husband gifted me a Hermes watch strap from Apple. It is the wrong size and color. I have tried to exchange it for the right size and color but Apple refuse as it is outside of the 30 day window . Anyone else experienced this?

Hello~ Actually you only had 14 days to return it I believe if you bought it from Apple. If Apple has refused to exchange or refund you …we are fellow forum members and have no way of changing this. Perhaps you could sell it to some and purchase the one of your choice.

Hello once more~ You are correct and my apologies on the time frame…it is in fact 30 days on gifts. I did some research into this and if you call Apple at 1(800)275-2273 and ask to be passed over to Post Sales…they may be able to assist you. Good luck and take care.

I’m amazed at their policies that gifts have such a small window to return. My husband bought the gift 40 days ago , actually their gifts have 30 day return policy I was told this morning.
Think we will stick to Nordstrom for gifts in future they have excellent policies 🤦🏻♀️😂
