How can I convert MP3s to Audio CDs for older devices?

A friend received permission from the singer to copy an old CD in return for donations to charity. Unfortunately, she made them all MP3, which many of the older folks can't play. Is there a way to burn a new version as an Audio file, please?

It works easily in Windows media player, but not sure how in the Apple world.
