Complications ON however, complications still turning off when wrist down

I have the newest watch and the complications are on, theater mode off, and when wrist is down, watch still goes completely black. I have restarted, updated, turned complications on and off, turned theater mode on and off. All the normal usual stuff recommended doesn’t work at all. It’s not consistent either. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. Very annoying.
