USB port not working and not showing in System Information

I have been having issues with one of my MacBook Pro 2014, top right port for sometime. I get the USB Device is disabled blah blah even when nothing is connected. And now it has stopped working all together. Checked the System Information and it's not listed there.

What could this mean and how do I fix it? At the moment, only one usb port is working.
