How accurate is the time stamp of Find my AirPods Pro when lost?

I have misplaced my AirPods Pro (2nd generation). I realized that the are not in the charging case anymore and they are reported with a location in my house in Find My. The timestamp however only reports x hours. Around that time I left my house for the gymn. Can I try to figure out the more exact time of last connection somehow, down to the minutes to estimate whether I need to search at the gymn or at my house? For example, when the time switches from 11hrs to 12hrs at about 6am, can I assume that they were last connected around 6pm? Is is that a rounded time and it is likely a last connection was a 6:30pm (i.e. after 5 1/2 hours the time since last seen is rounded up to 6hrs)?

Use of Find My and AirPods:

The location shown in Find My is only the location of the device that these were paired with was itself connected to the Internet. This is because AirPods are not Assigned their own IP Address.

As for the accuracy, that would depend on how close you are to this paired device.
