Pop up that tells me my Apple.com password has been compromised

Twice I have received a pop up warning me that my Apple.com password has been compromised. When I have received these in the past, they included a yellow warning symbol. This one did not. I clicked on it and it brought me right to my settings and the username shows a username that is not mine. I am reluctant to go further. Has anyone else received one of these? Also, and this may be another matter, when I opened my Apple account on a safari page, when I got to my settings, a pop up informed me that too many people use my password and to change it, which is bizarre because my password is very random. Thanks for any advice.

Go to the App Store and download a app called StrongPassword. Once you open it make sure every character is enabled so that every key on the keyboard will be included in a password. Note: Some sites will not let you use "\" in a password for some reason. I also suggest that those of you that do create passwords with the app copy and paste the password to the Notes app and aply name the entry on the site or ID you are creating so in future you have a copy of it and are not left out in the cold. You can also lock the note in Notes but you should only do this if you have a good memory. In the future hopefully we won't need passwords and passkeys will be used everywhere.
