The wording on the message received is important. It may say it is Locked, Disabled, or Inactive , and they all have different meanings.


The Inactive account is something that a user must do on their own to pause the account making it unusable. When this is done, the user is given a code and the only way it can be activated again is by providing that code. Without the code, the account cannot be reactivated.
