mail app change ?

Recently noticed that the mail app on my MacBook has changed. Maybe with updates but as a rookie who just trying read my email I find I cannot now do that.

Basically I have several different emails on there, including gmail, hotmail and iCloud. My iCloud has completely vanished? Maybe hidden but I want to delete the lot and re-enter them???? Help 🙏🏻

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.5

I understand your iCloud Mail account has vanished from the Mail app. Is that correct?

Add it again: Add email accounts in Mail on Mac - Apple Support
If it had been turned off, turn it on again: Remove or temporarily turn off email accounts in Mail on Mac - Apple Support
