Can I reinstall my macOS Monterey via recovery?
Can I reinstall my MAC OS Monterey via recovery and not Sonoma? Will it give me the option as to which OS to reinstall?

Here's your choices other than a Bootable USB Stick for Monterey...
Command (⌘)-R
Install the latest macOS that was installed on your Mac.
Option-⌘-R
Upgrade to the latest macOS compatible with your Mac.
Shift-Option-⌘-R
Install the macOS that came with your Mac, or the closest version still available.
