Dictation not working on my normal user in iMac post update
it works on a test user but
not my normal user.
Imac from 2019 updated yesterday to the latest version.

Please restart the computer in Safe Mode and then restart normally and test. To start in Safe Mode please connect your keyboards charging cable to the Mac and keyboard which turns the keyboard into a wired USB keyboard. Next restart the computer while holding down the Shift Key until the computer starts up, you will notice a message in the upper right of the display that says "Safe" if you are successful.
