I can’t add money to my Apple Cash

Every time I try to add money to my Apple cash it says the same thing about adding a debit card. I have one added but it still does not work. I’ve tried removing the card and adding it again multiple times and I even signed out of my Apple ID and re-logged in and it still wont work. I checker my region and it id correct.

debit card is declined in adding money to apple pay, but my bank says it's all set up fine I added my debit card (US) to my apple pay wallet. I tried to use it to add cash to my Apple Cash account, but the card keeps being declined. I called my bank and they said the debit card works for Apple Pay and that they can see it is set up with Apple Pay. Why does Apple Cash card continue to decline the debit card? What's the solution?

Step Visa Card is a secured credit card. It’s not a debit card. Apple Cash only works with debit cards.
