Series 9 and Ultra II, yes.
But no warranty, as that is country specific.
And the U.S. oxygen sensor restrictions will follow the Apple watch.
The SE, Series 8, Ultra I and older’s cellular radio will NOT work. Those models have a cellular radio that only works in Canada, U.S., Mexico and Puerto Rico.
