"Thank you so much for your patience! I have checked on my system and I can see that we have the following service options available for you: Part Replacement: You must provide payment, and an authorization hold for the full replacement value is placed on the customer’s card. The Web Payment link is active for only 10 days. For AirPods or Beats, repairs to replace a missing AirPod, earbud, or charging case are nonrefundable. You must return the original product within the timeframe stated in the repair confirmation email to avoid paying the full replacement value. The replacement product will arrive within 3-7 business days in most locations. Reservation: For this option we will be setting an appointment at the closest store for your location, on the date and hour of your preference from the next 7 days. There, you will be able to talk directly with the technicians about your concern. Also, they will give you the cost for the repair. Also, if the replacement can be done at store, they could do it immediately there.

Provide the Issue:

I see them thanking you and all that about replacement, but what exactly is the issue? How are they not working? Are they not powering on? Are they not connecting? Is the power draining?

Troubleshooting AirPods Power Draining:

A. Start with a Reset:

Rather than factory resetting these, try just resetting these...

Go Here: Reset your AirPods - Apple Support

B. A Few Links to Visit:

C. Try the Following Tasks:

  • Hold Down the Button on the case for about 15 seconds.

  • Use an Apple Brand Cable - not a third party one - cool though it may look, a fabric, third-part cable would likely tear - (Apple cable's are plastic and are intended for Apple)

  • Remove the AirPod from the Case, then place it back in the charger. Perhaps it need to resync with he charger.
