My phone types anything it hears - me, other people, tv. Not only when texting, also WhatsApp and searching. It’s becoming impossible to use it safely. iPhone 13 Pro.

It appears that you may have an assistive speech to text option turned on.
Settings>>Accessibility>>Voice Control>>Toggle at the top.

By the way, I’ve already done everything I’ve seen on line and nothing has worked. It isn’t the sound icon in messages, there’s a blue sound icon next to time at top left of screen.
