Help please. There is sound playing from somewhere on my mac, I have no idea where its coming from but it is a video of some sort with people talking. It does not end. There are no webpages open or browsers. What could it be and how can I stop it?

Help please. There is sound playing from somewhere on my mac, I have no idea where its coming from but it is a video of some sort with people talking. It does not end. There are no webpages open or browsers. What could it be and how can I stop it?

I cant find any info about this. Is this a virus? Did something hijack my computer? I have no websites opened up so where is this video playing from? It is not my content. It has to be coming from somewhere else.

I am trying to do my school work and when I try to play the course videos, the sound from the other source does not stop.

So I cannot hear the sound from my class or do my assignments. Please help me. Thank you.

Thank you, I found an invisible tab somewhere tith a YouTube video playing. Sorry everyone. Thank you for the help BDAqua. I wouldn't have figured this out if it weren't for your advice!!
