I am not able to accept the conditions for iTunes Connect

I cannot click the agreement at the bottom of publisher Information. It doesn't work right. Please help me to solve the problem.

itunes connect cannot create account I'm trying to sign up for an iTunes connect account and I the forms seem to jump ahead before I'm even done typing, IE when I select the country, the page turns into an ERROR 401 page. I have tried this on 3 devices and 3 different browsers each, same exact issue.

Can't sign up for iTunes Connect account Hi, I have been trying to connect my Apple Account with an iTunes Connect account. But when I go to sign up, I get a banner indicating I don't have a valid credit card with my Apple Account, which is completely untrue and in fact I added a couple of others to see if that would work. If I try and skip ahead and select Books and hit continue, it just kicks me out again.
