Iphone X swiping screen problem
Intermittently, my Iphone X will cycle between screens and will not allow me to swipe up to change screens. Restoring factory settings does not help.

That appears to be a hardware issue with your iPhone X. You are experiencing ghost touches and therefore the screen moves on its own. You can have your iPhone X examined at the Apple Store or another repair shop of your choice to confirm. Once confirmed, then you can decide whether to repair the iPhone X or purchase a newer model iPhone.
