Clock App turning off alarms

This morning everyone in the house was late getting up as no alarms had gone off. On checking our phones, the clock app has disabled all of the alarms!

is this a bug that can be fixed, are do we have to dig out our radio alarm clocks!

Alarm or clock app is not working properly AT ALL Am I the only iPhone user who’s iPhone CONTINUOUSLY doesn’t make a sound for alarm clocks in the morning. I’ve missed out on work relying on the terrible clock app or alarm clock feature. Thinking of investing on a different device since my phone keeps screwing with me.

The Clock app is missing The Clock app is missing. This morning I turned off the alarm, and then I want to set it at night and it is not there, I can't find it in the settings, I tried everything. IPhone SE 2
