Create Keyboard Shortcut for Outlook on IPad?

I’ve been trying to research a way to create keyboard shortcuts for the outlook app on my iPad Pro. For example, I want to be able to use command-f to forward, command-r to reply, and command return to send. Is there a way to do this on the iPad? I’m using the new iPad Pro with Magic Keyboard.

To my knowledge (and after some experimentation), it is not possible to customize keyboard shortcuts on the iPad with the Magic Keyboard. With the Outlook app open, long-press the command key. You’ll see the list of predefined keyboard shortcuts for that app (each app has its own.)
