Apple card activation appears not to work

Followed the activation process for a new Apple card three days ago but the "Virtual Card Number" information still shows the old card information. A new card is list under "Additional Card Numbers" and Titanium Card only shows the last four digits with the expiration . Is the new card activated or did something go wrong during activation. When will the new card show up under the "Virtual Card Number"? Apple pay is still using the old card
