I need to link each item on a Table of Contents to their respective titles/headings in the document. In MS Word there is an option to Hyperlink text to its corresponding place in the same document or outside a document like a web link. Does Mac Pages have that option?

Pages automatically provides document links from the page number associated with the paragraph style recorded in the ToC. There is no user capability to introduce hyperlinks in the ToC text. If you need this, then you should be using MS Word.
So, in plain English, Hyperlinking is not possible. 😀

That is correct. No hyperlinking as in Word.
Like in MS-Word, does Pages have the option to hyperlink Table of Contents to their respective contents in a document?
