How to get rid of Focus completely?
As mentioned above; is there a way to delete or completely switch off this thing?
That thing prevents me from receiving al important messages. There's a way to completely erase it?

You can delete every Focus but not Do Not Disturb.
Go to Settings > Focus > tap a Focus and then scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Delete Focus. Do. that for each Focus (e.g., Sleep, Driving, etc).

No way to get rid of it. All you can do is turn it off.

Scroll down to Turn off a Focus
You won't be able to delete the app as it is baked into iOS and is not a separate app. By removing other Focus items and any schedule that is in Do Not Disturb, you will never have Focus preventing you from getting messages.
You can't. It's not an app. It's part of iOS.
