high and unstable cpu load

my mac is starting to have unstable and high cpu load for example whenever only 4 apps including notes, safari, chrome and finder are open, it suddenly becmoes 40 or higher cpu load. and when i switch to another app it goes down to reguller 10% or even 6% cpu load.this is my history:

i ve been playing just lite games like Minecraftbedwars (with only 21% cpu load and 75 c tempature) and also i was using final cut pro that i got 40% cpu load and high temp.(like 85)and finally i used obs while recording from an app that i. got about 20 to 30 % cpu load and about 75 temp again.(i have been using coolpad all the time...)

my cpu load is so unstabel and i dont know if thats normal. i luanched a ton of apps at the same time and it goes high to 99% and then fall to 15%

is the problem with my gaming or somehitng else?

Chrome and ANYTHING else is not a light CPU load. If you can use alternative Browsers, you should. and be certain to affirmatively QUIT Chrome, and not just close all its windows.

Chrome is the biggest common resource hog that is not blatantly malware -- it just sells your data at every turn to make its money.

NB>> the percent CPU reported in Activity Monitor is percentage of ONE CPU equivalent... you may have four or more CPUs, depending on Mac model-year.

thats alright...

i know that chrome is not a lite application but the problem was from an update that i got the last night.

that seems like there were some extensions that i had to reanable them. now my mac book is working truly. but still i think i understood somehthing interesting.

when ever you open an app tghe cpu load will raise up to a high number and then itn will goes down to the regular number.

i dont if thats normal or not but i hope it is
