I’m unable to delete an app called AppLocker from my MacBook

SO, I had downloaded an app named AppLocker from the App Store, in which there was an option to download extra configuration, which basically locks anyone out of deleting the app. Now, I want to delete it as it is not needed, and every time I switch on my Macbook, the app store shows a message, "Click Continue to quit “AppLocker” and complete the update." , and then i click on continue but then it fails and shows the message “AppLocker” could not be installed. Please try again later." this happenes every single time , and i am fed up with it , i have tried to delete it many times but with no luck , i tried in the app for a setting - Nope, tried to get access through Get info -Nope , and even tried to rm-rf it and still to no luck. Please someone help me
